The December 2017 debt exclusion does not address all Lexington’s capital needs. At October Special Town Meeting, town leaders acknowledged that the long term financial forecast does not include the two largest capital projects due to uncertainty about the timing and amount.
Below is a list of expected future capital projects not covered by this debt exclusion:
